Co-Working Space

  • The mission of The Well is to create refreshing communities for women and children to work, play, and grow together. Because we partner with 11 other non-profit organizations that bring women and children out of domestic violence, trafficking, crisis pregnancy, and more, our heart is to provide this safe place exclusively for women to feel cared for and supported. We do offer parenting classes, workshops, support groups, and events outside of business hours that men are welcome to come to.

  • Yes, we have a fridge, microwave, and toaster oven for your convenience. You can also take advantage of our coffee bar including Nespresso and Keurig coffee!

  • We have 3 phone booths in our space to take private calls, zooms, etc. You can book a phone booth by logging into your member portal. Booking can only be made for an hour at a time; if you have a call longer than an hour, you can book more than one reservation back to back.

Kid’s Programming

  • The Well has a child-watch program, which means moms need to stay on-site. However, if you forget something in your car, or need to grab a mobile order, let the front desk staff know, and be back within 10 minutes.

  • You pay for your desk space, and each child that comes with you to The Well. However, as you work more days, and your child(ren) gets older, the price goes down.

  • As a child-watch program you are responsible for bringing lunch for your child, but we will provide the snack. Our snacks consist of a fruit and a varying type of cracker. Please let us know if your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions before dropping them off.

  • As a child-watch program, moms are responsible for changing diapers. We have a diaper changing table and extra supplies for you.

  • Our schedule varies between classrooms. Each of our 3 classrooms are montessori influenced, and specifically geared towards the age of your child. In our baby room we encourage independent play time and fine motor activities, and have cribs for nap time. In our toddler and preschool age rooms, we have many materials for your children to learn and grow, as well as a snack (10am), lunch (11:45am), and quiet time (1pm). For quiet time, please bring a sleep mat, or pillow and blanket for them to participate.

  • In order to provide the highest quality of care, we require that you book no less than 24 hours in advance, to ensure we have the appropriate staff here to care for your child.

  • Montessori is child lead play and learning. This style of learning nurtures a child’s intrinsic desire to learn. Children embrace multi-sensory learning and passionate inquiry. Individual students follow their own curiosity at their own pace, taking the time they need to fully understand each concept and meet individualized learning goals. Our Littles Wellies Director, Miss Carol, owned and ran a Montessori school for 12 years, and is very passionate about childhood education.
